This Web site is dedicated to a village in County Durham, England, UK. What makes this village so important is that is has a unique history. West Auckland was a typical mining village, except for the fact we were home to one of Britain most notorious Poisoners.

Still there's more to West Auckland than an evil, twisted, devious, killer , We won the Sir Thomas Lipton Football (Soccer) World Cup.
Yep that's right West Auckland represented England in the World cup and we Won !!!!, not ONCE but TWICE, we not only beat the best teams in the world once, but we successfully defended our title for a second time. The tale is not all glory but of woe as our precious world cup was stolen .
